Currently, I am in my third year as media specialist at two elementary schools. However, my career in education started in the classroom. I taught mathematics at the high school level for seven years and one year at the middle school level. I then worked as a media specialist for six years at the high school level before obtaining my current position. In each position as media specialist I have served as one of the technology wizards for my school. The job requires me to troubleshoot technology related issues, as well as provide technology assistance and training for teachers.
